4 garlic, small cloves or 2 large
½ lemon or lime, juiced
1/3 cup pinenuts
olive oil, drizzle
sprinkle sea salt, pink
water, for consistency
In your food proccesor or blender, chop garlic, then add in pinenuts and your lemon or lime juice. Pulse until creamy adding very small amounts of water if needed. Add sea salt to taste.!!! You can sub almonds as poinenuts can get pretty expensive…I like them though, I find they add an interesting flare!
